Croithli Whiskey

Croithlí Irish Whiskey is produced by the Crolly Distillery in County Donegal—the first licensed distillery in the region in over 180 years. Housed in a restored 1902 stone building, they use traditional direct-fired pot stills and focus on single malts matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks. Each release reflects the rugged character of Donegal, blending craft, heritage, and a sense of place into every bottle.
